Richard J. (Rick) Deardorff, SRA, IFAS is the
Senior Chief Appraiser for Deardorff Real Estate Appraisers
and Consultants and is also President of the Company.
Rick manages both the residential and commercial appraisal
departments. Rick is a designated member of the Appraisal
Institute (SRA) and holds the Senior (commercial) designation
from the Independent Fee Appraisers (IFAS).

Robert M. (Bob) Moriarty, IFA is our Senior
Review Appraiser and is also Vice President of the Company.
Bob is the assistant manager of the residential appraisal
department. Bob is a designated member of the Independent
Fee Appraisers (IFA).

Appraisal Staff
James M. (Jim) Deardorff is a State Licensed
Residential Appraiser in both Ohio and Kentucky. Jim
is the assistant manager of the residential department
and has worked for Deardorff Appraisal Service for 11
years. Jim is a retired Lieutenant from the Cincinnati
Fire Department with a meritorious award as a "hero"
saving the life of a small young girl.

John H. (Jack) Monahan is a State Licensed Residential Appraiser in
both Ohio and Kentucky. Jack has been with Deardorff Appraisal Service for over
10 years. Jack has also been of service to the Greater Cincinnati area as a
Police Chief and is highly regarded in this area.

Michael (Mike) Rice is a State Licensed
Residential Appraiser in Ohio with over eight years
experience with Deardorff Appraisal Service. Mike is highly qualified and proficient
in the appraisal process. Mike has been of service to the Greater Cincinnati
area as a police officer and has been with Deardorff Appraisal Service since
his well deserved retirement.

Scott Mumper is an advance candidate and has over four years experience
with Deardorff Appraisal Service. Scott is highly qualified and proficient in
the appraisal process. Scott has been with the company since his graduation
from Miami University.

Steven M. Deardorff is an advanced candidate and joined Deardorff Appraisal Service in May of 1998.
