Deardorff Appraisal Services
is a full service Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting
Company formed in 1987 to engage in the business of Real
Estate Appraisial in the Southwestern Ohio, and Northern
Kentucky areas. Appraisal assignments will cover residential,
multi-family, commercial and special purpose properties
as well as proposed construction and vacant land.
Our chief appraisers include an SRA, IFAS and an IFA professionally designated
members of the Appraisal Institute and National Association of Independent Fee
Appraisers. All staff appraisers are designated appraisers or advanced candidates
members of Professional Appraisal Organizations. All appraisers have taken training
courses and have many years of experience. Typically, we have members who have
served as instructors for appraisal courses. While a large segment of our business
is to be residential appraising, our appraisers have completed appraisal projects
on: business properties, duplexes, from 2 to 400 unit apartments, special purpose
projects as well as vacant land and land development. Also, appraisals and inspections
of new construction from plans and specifications.
The professional staff is licensed/certified and FHA approved in Ohio and Kentucky
including seven appraisers and a highly professional support staff. Our continuing
education program and in house training provide us with some of the best-qualified
appraisers in the area.
Our appraisal reports are produced to the highest standards
in the industry. Our office is fully computerized and
automated with digital technology, color laser printing
and full electronic capabilities to both send and receive
appraisal reports and requests. We continue to invest
in the latest technology available to meet your needs
and provide our clients with the highest quality appraisal
products available.
